About Sherwood Farm
Sherwood Farm is a private 500-acre estate known for its natural beauty, serenity and sense of escape – reserved exclusively for our guests.
Tucked into the tranquil NSW hinterland and just a short drive from the Coffs Coast, the moment you arrive you’re wrapped in the peaceful, grounding energy of the property.
With untouched bushland, rolling hills, open paddocks and towering gums, Sherwood offers wide open spaces, forest trails, birdsong at sunrise and breathtaking golden skies in the evening. There is so much to discover without ever leaving the estate. As you wander the land, you’ll often meet our deer family, along with our curious cows, pony, sheep’s and local wildlife.
The property invites both adventure and relaxation: explore bushwalking trails, paddle across the dam with our kayaks, or settle into one of the picnic areas to take in the views and fresh country air.
Guests can choose to stay in one of our four cottages, enjoy the elevated comfort of The Pavilion, or book the entire estate for exclusive whole-site hire, perfect for larger groups and special gatherings.

PLEASE NOTE
All rates displayed are indicative starting prices only and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, guest numbers, and the dates selected.
Our minimum stay requirements are generally 3 nights for weekend bookings and 2 nights for midweek stays. Final pricing is calculated based on the length of your celebration, accommodation configuration, and whether you require exclusive use of the property or a tailored accommodation package.
As every gathering is unique, we’re always happy to provide a personalised quote based on your preferred dates, guest numbers, and event plans.
PAVILION
From $1,350 per night
Sleeps up to 14 guests
Exclusive use of the Pavilion, spa, jacuzzi, pool, firepit and paddocks around the Pavilion, where guests can explore the dam and kayak area, paddocks with deers, sheep, pony and forest walking trail. Includes The Nook (self-contained guest house). Large open living areas and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for groups wanting space and comfort.
COTTAGES
From $200 per night
Sleeps 2-6 guests per cottage
Cottages have access to the animal paddocks with deer, sheep, pony, the dam and kayak area, picnic spaces and the forest walking trail. Privacy and space between cottages. Great for couples, families or overflow accommodation.
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
From $2,000 per night
Sleeps 34 guests across the estate
Pavilion + all 4 cottages included. Exclusive access to the entire 500 acre estate. Ideal for family gatherings, corporate stays, wellness retreats and celebrations. Add optional glamping for additional guests.
